Services Provided

OakFix Lompoc Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related arborist services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Specific service terms may vary based on the nature and scope of work required.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions change or additional work is required. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. This includes informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards on your property. You are responsible for marking or identifying these hazards before we begin work.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you acknowledge that tree work can cause some minor disruption to landscaping and lawn areas. Any significant concerns should be discussed before work begins.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required for tree work on your property. We can advise you on local regulations, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure compliance with Lompoc city ordinances and regulations.

If we discover that required permits have not been obtained, we reserve the right to stop work until proper permits are secured.

Insurance and Liability

OakFix Lompoc Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for all employees. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or acts of nature.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve any issues.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or other services, as this depends on many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, and overall tree health.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
